Patient Relations

The patient relations representative is a main resource for people who have concerns about their treatment at Dana-Farber and for departments working to improve patient satisfaction with their services. The patient relations representative personally responds to patient concerns, recommends administrative or other changes to fix problems, and tracks trends in patient satisfaction. She also seeks out patient opinions on the Institute's care and works with the Patient and Family Advisory Councils, with the ultimate goal of preventing patient dissatisfaction before it occurs.
